Job summary

Southern Cross Community Healthcare is seeking Disability Support Workers to assist a 30-year-old male with cerebral palsy in his home near Lithgow, NSW. The role focuses on supporting independence, safety, and wellbeing in daily living activities.

You will be trained by qualified healthcare professionals and supported to deliver compassionate, person-centred care that aligns with our core values: care, respect, teamwork and integrity.

Qualifications

• Passionate about caring and committed to client wellbeing.
• Current references.
• Current driver's licence, own car with insurance; car registration.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain.
• First Aid certificate or willingness to obtain.
• Working With Children Check - Paid (mandatory).
