Job summary

Help at Hand Support Services is seeking experienced Disability Support Workers to join our team in Victoria. You will provide person-centred support, assisting clients with daily activities, appointments, and social outings. Responsibilities vary by client, offering rewarding and dynamic work.

Applicants must have a valid Australian driver’s license, a current police check, and a Cert III in Disability or equivalent experience. Weekday, weekend and evening shifts are available on a casual basis.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Disability Support Worker or equivalent in a care setting.
• Must have own vehicle with full insurance and be reliable.
• Current police check (within 6 months) or International check if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centred support and assist with daily routines.
• Accompany clients to appointments, outings, and social activities.
• Ensure safety, dignity and well-being during all interactions.
