Challenge Community Services in Cessnock seeks a Casual Support Worker to empower people with disabilities through meaningful activities, in-home support, and high-quality care. You’ll assist with daily living, build skills, and enable independence via activities like cooking, crafts, music, and community outings.

Experience with high-intensity supports (catheter care and enteral feeding) is valued. Shifts may include afternoons, evenings and sleepovers.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Able to prioritise and problem-solve under pressure.
• Flexible availability for shift work, including evenings, weekends and sleepovers.
