Job summary

Yooralla is seeking a Disability Support Worker to provide care in Residential Accommodation in Bairnsdale. This Casual role involves helping residents with daily living, mobility, and personal care, both at home and in community settings.

You’ll work with a supportive team across Shared Supported accommodation and Independent Living, with opportunities for training and career development, and may access salary packaging to maximise take-home pay.

Qualifications

• Australian Driver Licence
• Right to work in Australia
• First Aid and Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation certificate (CPR)
• NDIS Worker Screening Check is required

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living and personal care needs, including meal preparation and mobility.
• Support clients to achieve their goals in Shared Supported accommodation, Independent Living and in the community.
• Attend appointments, accompany to events and help with daily routines.
• Foster a positive, respectful and inclusive environment for clients and families.
