Prestige Inhome Care is seeking experienced Disability Support Workers to provide in-home care across Frankston, Mount Eliza and Seaford during the Christmas period. You’ll support clients with complex needs, including MND, PEG feeding and NIV, working independently in clients’ homes with a flexible roster.

Applicants should hold a Working with Children Check and have demonstrated NDIS disability support experience, including care for children as young as 13.

Formación

• Experience providing NDIS disability support in clients' homes.
• Strong manual handling with mobility devices (hoists, slide sheets).
• Experience with PEG feeding and NIV management.
• Ability to work independently in clients' homes.
• Experience with children and young people, down to age 13.
• Working with Children Check is required.
• Experience with complex care needs including MND and behaviours of concern.
• Flexible availability for Christmas period, weekends and public holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Provide personal care and support to clients in their homes.
• Assist with mobility, transfers and daily living activities using equipment.
• Support PEG feeding and NIV management as directed by care plans.
