Job summary

Prestige Inhome Care is looking for experienced Disability Support Workers to support our clients across Burwood and Glen Waverley. You will deliver person-centred care in clients' homes, work independently, and assist with complex care needs, including motor neurone disease and NIV management.

We value flexibility with rosters and ongoing learning. A current Working with Children Check is mandatory, and prior NDIS disability support experience is essential to join our award-winning team.

Qualifications

• Current Working with Children Check (mandatory).
• NDIS disability support experience required.
• Ability to work independently in clients' homes.
• Experience supporting children and young people (youngest client is 13).
• Experience with complex care needs including Motor Neurone Disease (MND) and behaviours of concern.
• Hands-on manual handling experience with mobility equipment (hoists, slide sheets).
• Experience supporting PEG feeding and Non-Invasive Ventilation (NIV) management.
