Job summary

Prestige In Home Care is seeking a dedicated Disability Support Worker to support clients in Port Melbourne and Kensington on weekdays. The role covers personal care, meal preparation, domestic tasks, and community access, with day shifts from 9am-5pm and immediate start preferred.

Ideal candidates will have DSW experience with NDIS clients, strong manual handling skills, and the ability to work with complex care needs such as MND and Parkinson’s, offering compassionate, person-centred care.

Qualifications

• Must have experience as a DSW working with NDIS clients (not just aged care).
• Must have Manual Handling training and experience.
• Must be available for minimum 3 days of the week.
• Experience with complex care needs including MND and Parkinson’s and behaviours of concern.

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Disability Support Worker (DSW) to support clients in

• Location: Port Melbourne / Kensington
• Shifts: Monday - Friday (Day) 8am - 5pm
• Start: Immediate start preferred
• Experience: Must have experience as a DSW working with NDIS clients (not just aged care)
• Must be confident working with clients with complex care needs including MND, Parkinson’s and behaviours of concern.
• Training: Must have Manual Handling training and experience
• Must be available for minimum 3 days of the week
