Job summary

ONCALL Group Australia is seeking experienced Disability Support Workers to join our In Home Services team in Ballarat. This casual role offers morning and evening shifts across 7 days, supporting people with disabilities in their homes.

Applicants should have relevant qualifications, first aid/CPR, NDIS screening, WWCC, a valid driver's licence, and be willing to complete additional client-specific training. We value reliability, empathy, and strong communication.

• Experience in a similar Disability Support role and relevant qualifications.
• Availability and flexibility to accept a range of shifts.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Current First Aid and CPR, Manual Handling and Medication training certificates.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check and WWCC.
• Registered/Insured car and Drivers Licence.
• Willingness to complete additional client specific training as needed.
