Job summary

Kirinari Community Services invites applications for Disability Support Worker roles in Albury/Wodonga. We provide 24/7 care in SIL/Group Homes, supporting daily living and community connection. Casual opportunities with potential progression to part-time exist for both experienced and entry-level candidates.

We value teamwork, reliability, and compassionate service. Applicants should be willing to work shifts, including overnights and weekends, and have or be able to obtain required clearances

Qualifications

• Willingness to work shift work including sleepovers and nights, weekends and holidays.
• Resilience and ability to work independently and as a team.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build positive relationships.
• Ability to obtain NDIS Workers Screen Check prior to commencement.
• Ability to use computers and learn software/programs.
• Current Australian Driver's Licence.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support across domestic and personal care tasks.
• Assist customers to access and connect with the community.
• Support in a 24/7 environment including SIL/Group Homes, with weekend/overnight availability.
