Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience supporting people with complex behaviours.
• Ability to perform manual handling safely.
• Current driver’s licence (P2 or open) with reliable vehicle.
• Working with Children’s Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check, or willingness to obtain.
• First Aid and CPR, or willingness to obtain.
• Right to work in Australia.

Responsibilities

• Support people with complex behaviours in high‑support environments.
• Follow established support and manual handling plans and maintain safety.
• Work as part of a team and communicate effectively.
• Be flexible to work across a 24/7 roster.
