  • Assist with community access, transport, appointments, social and recreational activities
  • Follow participant-centred support plans, behaviour support plans and house routines
  • Use safe manual handling techniques including hoists, slings and transfers where required
  • Document shift notes, incidents and progress against goals in the provider's system
  • Work respectfully alongside families, support coordinators and allied health professionals

  • AM, PM, night and sleepover shifts available 7 days a week
  • Weekday and weekend shifts across North Sydney
  • 1:1 in-home and community access available

  • Same-day and advance bookings via our allocations team
  • Local team who know North Sydney and the providers operating in your area
  • Consistent, ongoing shifts with the same houses - build real relationships with participants and house teams
  • Consultants who specialise in disability and NDS, not generalist labour hire
  • Fast, supportive onboarding so you can start earning quickly
  • Responsive allocations team you can actually reach when shifts come up
  • We respect your scope - we won't push you into shifts you're not trained for
What you'll need
  • ONE of the following: Cert III or Cert IV in Individual Support (Disability), Disability, Community Services, Mental Health, Ageing Support, or equivalent - PLUS at least 6 months paid experience supporting people with disability
