As a Disability Support Worker, you will provide person-centred support to NDIS participants living in SIL homes and community settings, with flexible shifts across days, afternoons, nights and weekends and the ability to manage shifts via the eHCA app.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability) or equivalent.
• Minimum 6 months' experience in SIL, disability support or community care.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Reliability, professionalism and a person-centred approach.
• Availability across a variety of shifts including days, afternoons, nights and weekends.

About the Role

Essential Requirements

• Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
• Current National Police Check (within 3 years)
• Current NSW Working With Children Check (WWCC)
• Current First Aid and CPR certificates
• Valid Australian Driver's Licence and willingness to transport participants
• Up-to-date vaccinations and compliance documentation
• Full Australian working rights (no sponsorship available)
