Resilience Community Care is expanding our Supported Independent Living (SIL) services and is seeking experienced, compassionate, and reliable Permanent Part-Time Disability Support Workers to join our growing team.
These positions offer the security of guaranteed 24–30 hours per week, a fixed fortnightly roster, and the opportunity to pick up additional shifts where available.
Successful applicants will commence early September 2026, following completion of our recruitment, compliance, and induction process.

As a Disability Support Worker, you will provide high-quality, person-centred supports to participants living within Supported Independent Living (SIL) homes.
Working in accordance with the NDIS Practice Standards, participant support plans, behaviour support plans, and Resilience Community Care policies and procedures, you will assist participants to live safely, independently, and with dignity while promoting choice, control, and community inclusion.
