Job summary

Rainbow Support Services in Melbourne is seeking compassionate Disability Support Workers to empower NDIS participants to live independently and engage meaningfully with their community. You will provide personal care, domestic assistance, transport to appointments and social activities, and document progress as per care plans.

Requirements include a Certificate III/IV in Disability or related field, NDIS Worker Screening, current First Aid/CPR, a valid driver’s license with insured vehicle, and

Qualifications

• Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Disability, or similar.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain one).
• Current First Aid and CPR certificates.
• Valid Driver’s License and a reliable, comprehensively insured vehicle.
• Excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for helping others.
