Job summary

Prestige Inhome Care is seeking a compassionate Disability Support Worker to provide high-quality in-home care across Moorabbin, Highett and surrounding suburbs. The role supports clients with complex needs, including those living with Motor Neurone Disease (MND), with a focus on person-centred care and dignity. Shifts are Weekdays 8am–4pm, based in Moorabbin and Highett.

Immediate start preferred. Must have DSW experience with NDIS clients and MND, and be able to assist with NIV management, PEG

Qualifications

• Must have experience as a Disability Support Worker (DSW) with NDIS clients and MND care.
• Experience in NIV management, PEG feeding, manual handling and medication assistance will be required.

We are seeking compassionate, experienced and reliable Disability Support Workers to provide high-quality in-home care across Moorabbin, Highett and surrounding suburbs.

We have a range of clients and support requirements, including some roles supporting people living with Motor Neurone Disease (MND). MND experience is required for these positions.

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Disability Support Worker (DSW) to support clients in

• Location: Moorabbin and Highett
• Shifts: Weekdays Monday - Friday 8am - 4pm Availbility
• Start: Immediate start preferred
• Experience: Must have experience as a DSW working with NDIS clients with MND
• Must be confident working with clients with complex care needs and behaviours of concern.
• Training: Must have experience in NIV Management, PEG Feeding, Manual Handling and Medication Assistance
• Must be available for minimum 4 days of the week

Responsibilities:

• Manual handling
• Medication assistance

Ideal Candidate:

• Enthusiastic, reliable, and compassionate
• Strong understanding of person-centred care
• Confident working with complex support needs
• Experience with manual handling (Hoists, slide sheets)
