Job summary

Altruistic Care Services in Wollert is seeking caring and reliable Disability Support Workers to join our growing team. You will assist participants to live as independently as possible, support daily activities, personal care, and community access in a respectful, patient environment.

We welcome applicants with a Certificate III in Individual Support, a current First Aid & CPR certificate, WWCC, NDIS checks, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Individual Support (or equivalent) required.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check and WWCC required.
• Current First Aid & CPR Certificate.
• Medication training (current and valid) and Australian driver's license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist participants with daily living activities and personal care.

As a Disability Support Worker, you will assist participants to live as independently as possible while supporting their personal goals and daily activities. This may include personal care, community access, meal preparation, and household tasks. You'll work as part of a supportive team that values respect, empathy, and professionalism.

What We're Looking For

• Certificate III in Individual Support (or equivalent qualification)
• NDIS Worker Screening Check
• Working with Children Check (WWCC)
• Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
