Job summary

Scope in Bendigo is seeking a casual Disability Support Worker to assist customers in achieving personal goals and maintaining independence. The role covers daily living activities, personal care, and community access within a supportive team and under structured plans.

You will participate in orientation and ongoing development, with opportunities for a diverse career pathway across Victoria and Australia.

Position Details

• Position: Disability Support Worker
• Employment type: Casual
• Location: Bendigo, VIC
• Availability: Flexible availability to work a variety of shifts, including early mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends and sleepover shifts.

About You

• Provide person-centred support to help customers achieve their goals and maintain their independence.

You must have or be willing to obtain:

• NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
• Working with Children Check
• First Aid and CPR
• International Police Check if you have lived or worked overseas for more than one (1) year within the last ten years
