Job summary

ACCORD CARE in Mango Hill is seeking Disability Support Workers to provide 24/7 support in the home and out in the community, helping clients with daily living tasks and personal care. You will contribute to team goals by delivering positive behaviour support, completing shift notes and documentation, and collaborating with your team leader to review daily service plans.

ACCORD CAREis trusted in the provision of person-centered disability support services to NDIS participants. We provide Supported Independent Living, In-home care, Community Participation, Short-Term Accommodation, Community Nursing, and Allied Health Services.

About the role

We are looking for Disability Support Workers in our supported independent living arrangements in Mango Hill to provide 24/7 support in the home and out in the community.

The support worker's role and responsibilities will include:

• Supporting people with personal care and day-to-day activities in the home and out in the community

• Completing appropriate documentation through shift notes, incident reporting and data collection
