Description

Are you a patient, warm, and experienced support worker looking for consistent, we have a wonderful opportunity for a dedicated support worker to join our small team across a number of participants in the Brisbane area. This role offers up casual work across a mix of morning and afternoon shifts, covering both in-home support and community access, with consistent days and times that you can genuinely plan your life around.

You'll be working with a number of participants in their homes and out in the community, supporting them with daily routines, personal care, social engagement, and community participation. Experience with neurodivergent, mental health and children is highly regarded for this role.

  • Are looking for steady casual hours across a small group of participants — not a SIL role
  • Genuinely enjoy building long-term relationships with participants and their families

What the work involves

  • Supporting daily living routines in the home
  • Assisting with personal care and hygiene with dignity and respect
  • Accompanying the participant into the community for social activities, appointments, and outings
  • Providing companionship and meaningful engagement
  • Communicating clearly and regularly with the participant's family and the Supportr team
  • Completing accurate shift notes and documentation

You must hold before starting:

  • NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (Yellow Card)
