Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to follow support plans and manage risk.
• Confidence, awareness and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Able to work independently and build respectful relationships with participants and their families.

Responsibilities

• Deliver community access supports across local regions.
• Provide in-home supports and daily living skill development.
• Support SIL shifts and structured home environments.
• Deliver regular respite and overnight supports.
• Maintain safe transport of participants.
• Complete clear and compliant shift notes and incident reporting.
