Job summary
Endeavour Foundation in Innisfail, Qld is seeking experienced Disability Support Workers with excellent availability to join our team in SIL homes, helping people with disabilities to live independently. You may work mornings, afternoons, overnights and weekends, with a commitment to privacy and person-centred care.

Qualifications
- Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability) is advantageous.
- Experience in SIL or supporting people with complex disabilities is highly regarded.
- Flexibility to work various shifts including sleepovers, with penalty rates apply.
- Must meet physical requirements for manual handling and activities of daily living.
- Commitment to privacy and confidentiality; strong communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Support SIL residents to live as independently as possible.
- Help develop daily living skills such as housekeeping, personal care and budgeting.
- Assist with meal planning, cooking, light cleaning and social outings.
- Support daily activities and transport to appointments and events.
- Maintain connections with family, friends and services.
