Sunnyfield’s Day Program and Community Access in Kariong seeks dedicated support workers to empower participants through personalised care, daily living assistance, and social activity support. You’ll help build independence and confidence in a collaborative team environment.

You will contribute to meaningful outcomes, maintain records, and uphold safe practices in a supportive culture that values belonging and progress.

Qualifications

• Experience in disability support
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment
• Calm and confident when supporting people with complex behaviours
• Experience in a creative environment (preferred)
