Job summary

Whoever You Are is seeking passionate Disability Support Workers to join our team on the Southern Gold Coast and Northern NSW. The role offers 15–25 hours per week with weekend work and potential sleepovers if required, supporting individuals with disabilities to live independently with dignity.

Weekday rates range from $37.15 to $45.23 per hour, depending on experience, with additional weekend shifts as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience or qualifications in disability support.
• Experience in Personal Care: showering, grooming, manual handling and hoisting/transfers.
• Experience in managing Complex Behaviors.
• Experience with Physical & Complex conditions.
• Current First Aid and CPR certification.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check.
• Current driver's license and reliable car with insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate and personalised care to individuals with disabilities.
• Assist with activities of daily living and accessing the community
• Support participants in developing independent living skills
• Facilitate community access and participation
• Maintain accurate documentation and reporting
