The Role

We are looking for a passionate individual who is dedicated to supporting our clients through compassionate care and empowerment. This a Permanent Part Time vacancy in our Asquith group home with 40-48 hours per fortnight.

  • Supporting clients to develop and maintain independence, and advocate for the clients and their individual needs.
  • Delivering personalized support by assisting clients at mealtimes, personal care, administrating medication, manual handling using a variety equipment and aids.
  • Transporting clients in our wheelchair accessible vans and pool cars and community access.
  • Monitoring the well-being of clients and reporting on their progress.
  • Being part of a fun and dynamic team.

Requirements

  • Experience as a disability support practitioner/ a carer/ assistant in nursing/ aged care/ assistant in nursing/ nursing
  • A current NSW Driver’s License (P2 minimum).
