A community support organization is seeking a Disability Support Coordinator to work from home and in the local Brisbane community. The role involves supporting clients with their NDIS plans, helping them manage their needs and connecting them with appropriate services. Ideal candidates will have qualifications in allied health or community services and possess excellent communication and organizational skills. Flexible working arrangements are available for the right person.
