Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day operations of services and support team.
• Support and guide Support Workers.
• Communicate effectively with participants, families and staff.
• Ensure supports are delivered according to participant needs and preferences.
• Support staff with day-to-day questions and concerns.
• Maintain accurate records, documentation and shift information.
• Promote a positive, respectful and inclusive environment.
• Follow Embrace Community Care policies, procedures and NDIS requirements.
• Identify and escalate concerns, incidents and issues to management when required.
• Support effective communication between staff, participants and management.
• Help maintain a safe and supportive environment for participants and staff.
