TheTheirCare Pty Ltd is seeking passionate educators to support children and young people with complex disability in a specialist school OSHC setting. You will provide individualised and group-based support, ensuring safety and wellbeing with a high staff-to-student ratio.

Responsibilities include preparing, setting up and packing up, supervising and nurturing children, and building strong relationships with families and staff.

Qualifikationen

• Previous experience and confidence in the disability support and childcare sector.
• High attention to detail and commitment to safeguarding and quality.
• Working towards or have completed an ACECQA approved qualification. (Desirable)
• Employee Working with Children's Check valid in your state.
• HLTAID012 First Aid in a Childcare Setting.
• National Child Safety Training Certificate via Gecko.
• Mandatory reporting & Food Safety certificates in your state.

Aufgaben

• Deliver individualised support while ensuring safety and wellbeing of participants.
• Bring creativity, energy and personality to the program.
• Assist the Program Manager with preparation, set up/pack up, and food preparation.
• Supervise, nurture, and inspire children to explore, learn and play.
• Build positive, caring relationships with children, families and staff.
