Job summary

TheirCare Pty Ltd is seeking passionate educators to work in the OSHC program within a specialist school setting in Victoria. You will provide individualised and group support for children and young people with complex disability needs, within a high staff-to-student ratio, making a tangible difference daily.

Ideal candidates have experience in early childhood, OSHC, and disability support, and are committed to safeguarding in a safe, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in disability support and childcare settings.
• Ability to safeguard and monitor participant safety.
• Working towards or holding an ACECQA approved qualification (Desirable).

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualised support while ensuring safety and wellbeing.
• Support program setup and activities.
• Assist with preparation, setup/pack up, and food preparation.
• Supervise and nurture children to explore, learn and play.
• Build positive relationships with children, families and staff.
