This position qualifies for an annual Recruitment Incentive Package up to the value of $10,000 (conditions apply and may be pro-rata’d to your contracted or ordinary working hours, these payments are paid on a fortnightly basis) under theNSW Health Rural Health Workforce Incentive Scheme.
This scheme recognises the role key health workers play in enabling the delivery of rural and remote health services, and aims to provide incentives over and above award entitlements, to attract and retain staff in these areas.

The Senior Allied Health Clinician – Disability and Complex Care provides advanced clinical assessment, intervention, consultation, care coordination and service development for people with disability and complex health needs across Far West Local Health District.
Support the Hospital Social Work team and multidisciplinary teams in the management of complex patients, including discharge planning, guardianship matters, accommodation challenges, psychosocial complexity, NDIS interface issues and transitions of care.
