ERA-co is a global placemaking consultancy blending strategy, design and research to enhance workplace and campus performance. We seek a senior strategist with 8+ years’ experience to lead complex projects for clients across education, property and workplaces.

You’ll manage senior stakeholders, design strategic briefs, and guide teams worldwide, while growing client relationships and shaping proposals. You will drive evidence-based strategies, balance big-picture thinking with practical

Qualifications

8+ years of relevant professional experience in spatial strategy, architecture, design, or property.
Experience leading complex strategic work on consulting or client side.
Strong ability to frame problems, set direction and lead multidisciplinary teams.
Proven track record in workshops, stakeholder engagement and proposals.

Responsibilities

Lead complex workplace, property, education and campus strategy projects from inception to delivery.
Shape approach, scope, programme and team with clear outcomes.
Build trusted relationships with senior clients and act as main contact.
Design and lead executive interviews, workshops and presentations to uncover insights.
Translate research, data and user insights into clear strategies and recommendations.
Manage project scope, fees, resources, risks and quality.
Identify new opportunities and lead proposals and pitches.
Collaborate with ERA-co and partners to deliver tailored submissions.
Mentor junior team members and contribute to methodological development.
Travel locally and internationally as required.
