CBRE’s Structured Transactions and Advisory Services team (STAS) provides origination, structuring and transaction management for property portfolio realignments and asset redevelopment projects which positively impact public and private sector clients.

About the role
  • Business development — proactively develop and maintain close relationships with internal and external clients.
  • Real Estate and Portfolio Strategy & Implementation – Public & Private.
  • Property Highest & Best Use analysis, Development feasibility and optioneering.
  • Asset planning including property portfolio alignment evaluation, scenario testing and development strategy & positioning.
  • Real Estate economic data harvesting & analytics.
  • Major Project Governance & Implementation.
  • Development Market Sounding, Stakeholder management and procurement.
  • End to end Transaction Management from business case to strategy and negotiation through to final close for portfolio restructure.
About you
  • Significant experience in property/development, infrastructure consulting sector.
  • Ability to evaluate complex scenarios and make informed, strategic decisions for clients.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications.
  • Proven track record and skills in new business development in addition to a broad network.
  • Capacity to leverage CBRE’s platforms and form attachments with other business lines in addition to building external relationships and winning work.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with a diverse range of stakeholders.
