Director Strategy Partnerships and Improvement

You will oversee Account Management, Purchasing and Sales, Strategy, Engagement, and Integration teams, playing a vital part in delivering our Branch's strategic goals and supporting broader health system initiatives. What you'll do

  • Contribute to the overall strategy for the Branch and the delivery of workable operational plans in an outcome-driven environment.
  • Lead the delivery of the Branch Engagement Strategy, including effective liaison and negotiation with a range of internal and external stakeholders, including executive leadership, HHSs, clinical networks, vendors, staff and unions.
  • Lead engagement with stakeholders by ensuring that their needs, expectations and interests are included in operational planning, delivery and evaluation.
  • Engage proactively with key executive and operational stakeholders to create strong partnerships which promote collaboration and integrated service delivery.

About you

We are searching for someone with:

  • Demonstrated high level ability to lead and manage both at a strategic and operational level, a large complex business unit that is focussed on supporting and integrating quality supply chain services within a performance management and outcome driven environment.
  • Demonstrated well developed communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills at a senior management level with a track record in fostering effective and productive relationships with clients, strategic partners and key stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated high-level ability to provide leadership and expert advice on issues relating to strategic engagement, business improvement and the ability to provide strategic input to the resolution of related issues across HHSs, the Department of Health and key strategic clients and partners.
