Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field.
• 12+ years in clinical research with extensive SSU experience.
• Extensive leadership experience or proven competencies.
• Expert knowledge of GCP/ICH guidelines and the clinical development process.
• Fluency in English.

Responsabilités

• Provide SSU leadership and delivery across SSU projects.
• Oversee regulatory submissions and site contracts processes.
• Collaborate with Clinical Operations and other cross-functional teams.
• Develop SSU framework, KPIs and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Align SSU strategy with global and regional goals; manage budgets.
