Job summary

Precision for Medicine is seeking a Director, Site Start Up to lead the SSU department and drive strategic delivery of site start-up activities globally. You will mentor the SSU team, oversee regulatory submissions, budget negotiations, and ensure compliance with ICH/GCP and SOPs while partnering with Clinical Operations and BD to meet client timelines.

The role requires a minimum of 12 years in clinical research with extensive SSU experience, strong leadership, and fluency in English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field.
• Minimum 12 years in clinical research with extensive Site Start-Up experience.
• Proven leadership experience and strong knowledge of GCP/ICH guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and leadership to the SSU team to meet client and departmental targets.
• Oversee cross-functional SSU activities including IRB/EC submissions and CA submissions.
• Develop and implement the SSU framework, tools and KPIs.
• Collaborate with Clinical Operations, BD and regional leaders for global delivery.
