Job summary

Infrastructure Canberra seeks a highly organised Director, Project Governance and Administration to lead governance and admin functions for the Northside Hospital Project. You will provide strategic oversight of governance processes, coordinate reporting and documentation, support decision-making, and help ensure successful delivery of the new hospital.

Temporary position from 9 November 2026 to 7 December 2026 with potential extension up to 12 months; ABW workplace with flexible options

Qualifications

• Experience in governance and administration for large projects is preferred.
• Knowledge of records management systems is advantageous.
• Knowledge of project document management systems is advantageous.
• Tertiary qualifications in management, project management or public policy are beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Lead project governance and administration functions for the Northside Hospital Project.
• Coordinate reporting and documentation to support effective decision‑making.
• Help ensure the successful delivery of the new Northside Hospital within the temporary term.
