Job summary

East Partnership is seeking a Director to lead the sourcing, evaluation and execution of debt investments within a lean team. The role will oversee portfolio performance and contribute to investment strategy, guiding complex transactions from due diligence through to execution and ongoing management.

The successful candidate will work with internal and external stakeholders, applying rigorous financial analysis and disciplined risk management to deliver long-term investment outcomes.

Qualifications

• Senior investment professional with leadership experience.
• Experience in debt investments and portfolio management.
• Strong governance and risk management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Source, evaluate and execute debt investment opportunities.
• Oversee portfolio performance and contribute to investment strategy.
• Lead complex transactions from initial assessment through to execution and ongoing management.
• Develop investment recommendations and negotiate terms with stakeholders.
• Contribute to portfolio construction and governance; mentor colleagues.
