Zoos Victoria invites a strategic HR leader to join as Director, People Experience in Melbourne. This role shapes and drives people, culture, safety, and organisational development across a major not-for-profit conservation organisation.

You will partner with the CEO and Executive Team to align HR strategy with the organisation's purpose and priorities, influencing enterprise bargaining, employee relations, and workforce planning while fostering a safe, inclusive, high-performing culture.

Aufgaben

• Lead the people, culture, safety and organisational development agenda.
• Shape a values-driven, people-first culture across a purpose-led organisation.
• Build capability and lead the People Experience function through its next stage of development.
• Advise the CEO, Board and Executive Team on people matters, including enterprise bargaining, employee relations, capability, remuneration and HR systems.
• Support organisational change and strengthen a safe, compassionate and high performing culture through the Safety Circle approach.
• Lead the People Experience function, building capability and delivering practical, creative solutions that support Zoos Victoria's purpose.
• Bring broad HR generalist experience across organisational development, change, employee relations, safety, workforce planning and enterprise bargaining.
