Job summary

John XXIII College in Mount Claremont, WA, invites applications for Head of Pathways and Transition, a senior leadership role guiding career counselling, VET and tertiary pathways for Years 9–12. You will design curriculum, manage external partnerships with RTOs, TAFE, universities and industry, and oversee compliance and reporting for nationally recognised training.

You will work with the Academic Leadership Team to support innovative practice, mentor staff, and lead a team to help students

Qualifications

• Accreditation to Teach in a Catholic School
• Working with Children Check
• Current TRBWA registration

Responsibilities

• Lead career counselling, curriculum design and delivery for Years 9–12.
• Manage external partnerships with RTOs, TAFE, universities and industry.
• Ensure compliance and reporting for nationally recognised training.
• Collaborate with College Academic Leadership Team to support staff development.
