TeamKids is the premium provider of OSHC across Australia, offering a permanent, full-time Director of Service role at Engadine, NSW. You will lead a team to deliver a safe, engaging and compliant program, build strong school and community relationships, and manage administrative tasks from home or on-site during service hours.

You’ll be supported by a Mentor and Regional Manager, with work-life flexibility and opportunities for professional development through the Operations team.

Qualifikationen

• You are a natural leader with a passion for teaching children.
• Confident communicator with children, parents, team members, and school principals.

• Lead a team to create a safe, fun and compliant program.
• Plan engaging activities and supervise children.
• Build strong relationships with the school and local community.
• Manage service compliance and medical documentation.
