Director of Senior School - Learning and Innovation

The Director of Senior School Learning and Innovation is one of three Academic Directors in the Senior School. The Director roles are committed to academic excellence and directly responsible for leading and developing strong teaching, learning and caring programs within the Senior School.

Providing effective guidance and direction to our staff in the delivery of curriculum through quality teaching, the Director of Senior School Learning and Innovation will focus on the learning journey of our students.

Working in collaboration with the Director Academic Administration and Director of Senior School Student Care and Experience, the Director of Senior School Learning and Innovation will promote and support a strong and supportive academic culture that aligns with the school’s strategic direction.

Appropriate academic qualifications and teacher training, as well as a sound understanding of current educational trends are required.

All teaching staff members are expected to take part in the whole life of the School including participation in pastoral care and involvement in co-curricular School activities.

This is a full-time, ongoing position to commence in 2026.
