Overview

Permanent Registered Nurse roles in Queensland with an aged care facility located near the Great Barrier Reef. This opportunity is to relocate to Regional Queensland to build a rewarding nursing career in a not-for-profit organisation.

Location & Context

Site: not-for-profit aged care facility near the Great Barrier Reef, Regional Queensland.

Your Role

In this role, you\'ll deliver person-centred, high-quality care to elderly residents. You will:

  • Provide safe, evidence-based clinical care within your RN scope
  • Lead and support personal care workers in day-to-day care
  • Coordinate with GPs and allied health providers
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation, care plans, and assessments
  • Participate in the AN-ACC funding process
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance resident outcomes

  • Current National Police Check or willingness to obtain
