Located within the historic Midland Workshops precinct, St John of God Midland Private Hospital will include 123 inpatient beds, a critical care unit, eight operating theatres, day surgery, and the region’s first interventional cardiology services.A rare opportunity exists for a high performing executive to lead and support the expression and integration of our Vision, Mission and Values in all aspects of hospital operations and through broader community engagement as SJGHC continues to respond to the unmet healthcare needs of Perth’s eastern corridor and Wheatbelt.Reporting to the St John of God Midland Private Hospital CEO, the 0.6 FTE **Director Mission Integration (DMI)** plays a vital role in advancing the Mission of St John of God Health Care (SJGHC) through strong, inclusive leadership and the implementation of the SJGHC Mission Strategy.As a key member of the executive leadership team, the DMI works to strengthen the understanding, capacity, and capability for Mission among senior leaders and managers. This role is instrumental in ensuring that the Mission is actively embedded across all aspects of organisational life, shaping culture, decision-making, and leadership practice. The DMI holds executive responsibility for Pastoral Services, Volunteer Services, Community Inclusion, Reconciliation Action Plan, Disability Access and Inclusion, key celebrations and Mission events.The DMI also maintains a professional reporting line to the Chief Mission Integration Officer (CMIO), with day-to-day support from the National Manager Mission Integration (NMMI).
