About the role

We are excited to offer a newly created opportunity to join our Corporate Services team as Director Legal Practice Support. This is a 12-month fixed term opportunity with the possibility of extension.

This role will be a key leadership position during a time of transformation within Legal Practice Support, as the area undergoes significant changes including the introduction of new systems and processes. This role presents a unique opportunity to lead that change, enhance performance and shape the future of Legal Practice Support across the office.

As the Director Legal Practice Support, you will work with a variety of key leaders to:

  • Lead and manage the Legal Practice Support branch, delivering high-quality paralegal services.
  • Champion workforce development, capability building, and succession planning.
  • Collaborate with Corporate Executive Management team and drive innovation and continuous improvement in legal support practices.
  • Lead staff through organisational change.
  • Provide strategic advice to senior leadership and contribute to the broader corporate services strategy.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to enhance service delivery.
