Why your role matters
This position leads and evolves UNSW’s enterprise data architecture to support University strategy and daily information needs. Reporting to the Chief Data Officer, the role directs the Enterprise Data Architecture capability while establishing governance and driving adoption across all university domains and data custodians. Working closely with leaders across the Enterprise Data Office, UNSW IT, and business units, the position ensures alignment with the Enterprise Data Strategy and incorporates data architecture practices into relevant technology and transformation initiatives.
Additionally, the role leverages recognized industry frameworks, monitors emerging sector developments and products, and maintains strong relationships with leading industry suppliers and partners.
