Job summary

Enertia Talent is seeking a seasoned energy portfolio manager to own the operational and commercial performance of a solar, BESS and hybrid asset portfolio. You will lead revenue optimisation, asset availability and market participation, while building reporting and processes as the portfolio scales.

You will work across asset management, operations and development, advising on acquisitions and project delivery, in a lean, entrepreneurial environment that values practical, hands-on problem

Qualifications

• Deep experience in renewable energy, battery storage, energy markets or power infrastructure.
• A strong understanding of both how energy assets operate and how they generate revenue.
• Strong experience in asset management, energy market operations and optimisation or revenue strategy.
• Strong commercial judgement and the ability to work across technical, operational and financial matters.
• A willingness to roll your sleeves up and build processes rather than inherit them.

If you understand both the technical and commercial side of energy assets, this role will provide you with significant influence on how a growing renewable energy portfolio performs over the coming years.

Joining a growing renewables developer with strong financial backing, you'll take ownership of the operational and commercial performance of a portfolio of solar, BESS and hybrid assets. Some projects are under construction, others are progressing through development and further acquisitions are expected.

This isn't a role where the processes are already built. You'll help establish them while supporting projects through delivery, commissioning, market registration and ongoing operations.
