Job summary

Publicis Sapient is seeking a Director, Application Architecture to lead architecture strategy, governance and executive technology leadership across complex transformations. You will partner with CIOs/CTOs, shape strategic direction, and guide multi-disciplinary teams of architects delivering enterprise-scale platforms.

You will drive design of distributed, cloud-native systems using microservices and event-driven patterns, with a focus on pragmatic migration paths and risk management.

Qualifications

• Experience leading enterprise architecture and large-scale transformation engagements.
• Deep expertise in distributed systems, microservices and integration patterns (REST, GraphQL, gRPC, streaming).
• Proven ability to engage CIOs/CTOs and influence strategic decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own architecture vision across multiple client accounts and transformation programs.
• Lead architecture governance, quality standards and risk management.
• Design distributed, cloud-native systems using microservices, event-driven patterns, and API-first approaches.
• Shape multimillion-dollar pursuits, proposals and solution strategies.
• Build and mentor architecture communities and leaders.
• Guide AI, cloud, data and platform transformation initiatives.
