Are you a driven Consultant passionate about delivering meaningful business transformation through AI? Join our growing consulting team and help organisations turn AI ambition into measurable outcomes.

As a Director, you will advise senior leaders on AI strategy, operating models, governance, and adoption, guiding clients from ideation through to implementation and value realisation. Working at the intersection of business and technology, you will lead complex engagements, build trusted client relationships, develop teams, and contribute to practice growth.

This is a strategic consulting role focused on client value, delivery leadership, and AI-enabled transformation. It is not a hands‑on engineering or data science position.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead AI strategy and transformation engagements, aligning AI initiatives with business objectives and organisational priorities.
  • Advise clients on AI operating models, governance, responsible AI practices, workflow redesign, and adoption strategies.
  • Shape and prioritise AI use cases, develop business cases and value frameworks, and guide investment decisions based on value, feasibility, and risk.
  • Partner with clients to define AI‑ready foundations across data, architecture, technology, integration, and governance.
  • Lead workshops, executive briefings, and board‑level presentations, translating complex concepts into actionable recommendations.
  • Oversee delivery of large or complex engagements, ensuring quality outcomes, effective resourcing, risk management, and client satisfaction.
  • Drive AI adoption, capability uplift, and change management to embed sustainable business outcomes.
  • Build and maintain executive‑level client relationships, identify new opportunities, contribute to business development, and support cross‑functional growth initiatives.
  • Develop and mentor consulting teams, contribute to recruitment, knowledge sharing, and the continual enhancement of AI methodologies and offerings.
  • Stay current with AI developments, including generative AI, copilots, agents, and automation technologies, applying practical insights to client engagements.
What will make you successful in this role?
Essential
  • 10+ years' consulting, transformation, or related experience in complex organisational environments.
  • Demonstrated experience leading large-scale or multiple concurrent consulting engagements, including delivery, quality, commercial management, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Strong background in strategy, digital, business, or organisational transformation.
  • Experience advising senior executives and influencing decision‑making at C‑suite and board level.
  • Proven ability to develop business cases, value frameworks, and measurable transformation outcomes.
  • Experience shaping and delivering AI, digital, or emerging technology initiatives from strategy through adoption.
  • Practical knowledge of generative AI, copilots, agents, automation technologies, and the business applications of AI.
  • Understanding of AI governance, responsible AI, privacy, risk, and regulatory considerations.
  • Strong leadership, communication, facilitation, and people development skills.
  • Demonstrated success in building client relationships, generating follow‑on work, and contributing to practice growth.
Desirable
  • Tertiary qualification in Business, Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience in government, defence, education, health, financial services, utilities, or other regulated industries.
  • Familiarity with AI, cloud, automation, and modern data platforms, including Microsoft, AWS, Google Cloud, Databricks, Snowflake, or similar ecosystems.
  • Relevant certifications in AI, cloud, architecture, project delivery, or change management (e.g. Azure AI, AWS, TOGAF, PMP, Prosci, SAFe).
  • Understanding of recognised AI governance and risk frameworks
