Job summary

The Y NSW is seeking an OSHC Service Director in Kellyville, NSW to lead a brand-new after-school care service. You will shape culture, programs and community involvement from the ground up and act as the educational leader and Nominated Supervisor.

You will mentor educators, design programs aligned with children's voices, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive service excellence while managing enrolments, attendance and risk. This is a permanent leadership role with consistent weekly hours.

Qualifications

• Current First Aid & CPR certification.
• Certificate III in Childcare or above.
• Completed Child Protection Course.
• Geccko Training — Levels 1 through 4.

What You'll Do

Your Working Hours

This role offers a dynamic weekly schedule to keep things fresh and engaging:

• Monday, Tuesday & Thursday: 7:00am – 9:30am & 1:30pm – 6:30pm
• Wednesday: 10:30am – 6:30pm
• Friday: 10:00am – 6:30pm

What You'll Bring

To hit the ground running in this role, you will need to hold the following qualifications and certifications:

• Current First Aid & CPR certification
