Job summary

Strathalbyn Early Learning Centre, part of YMCA South Australia, is seeking dedicated Certificate III and Diploma Qualified Educators. You will support families with sensitivity, assist with positive behaviour management and promote inclusion of children with additional needs.

We offer permanent full-time and part-time roles, with a supportive environment focused on learning and career growth under the ELC Director, and access to ongoing professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• National Police Check issued within the last 6 months.
• DHS Working With Children Check required.
• RRHAN training completed.
• HLTAID012 Provide Emergency First Aid in Education and Care setting.
• Experience with groups of children aged 0–6 years.

Responsibilities

• Assist families with sensitivity and professionalism.
• Support positive behaviour management and inclusion of children with additional needs.
• Work under guidance of ELC Director and contribute to professional development.
