Job summary

You will join Narrarrang Kindergarten, a brand-new on-site facility at Narrarrang Primary School in Port Melbourne, as a Diploma-qualified Early Childhood Educator. The role runs 52.5 hours per fortnight and starts from Term 1, 2027.

Your new role

Our brand-new Narrarrang Kindergarten in Port Melbourne offers a range of indoor and outdoor play areas as well as equipment to support the physical and social development of children. This kindergarten is located on site at Narrarrang Primary School.

We currently have a vacancy for a Diploma Qualified Early Childhood Educator to join our team. This role is for 52.5 hours per fortnight and will commence from Term 1 in 2027.

You’re an empathetic, enthusiastic educator who believes in every child’s right to belong, learn, and thrive. You hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care and bring a commitment to reflective practice and continuous improvement. Most importantly, you bring heart to everything you do. You will have a minimum of two years’ experience working in an early childhood setting.

You will also hold current first aid and CPR, National Child Safety Training and any applicable state-based Child Safety Training (or ability to obtain prior to commencement).
